My Arcade Tetris Pocket Player Pro: Puzzle Games, Tetris Handheld

Played this for about an hour before reviewing. Short version: I like it. Longer version: So I've been playing Tetris for about a year. I got into Tetris dx while going through a Gameboy color phase, and I ended up playing Tetris 9 times out of 10. I also had a steam deck- same thing, I almost always ended up just playing Tetris. I'm not that good, and I'm not super particular about the version I play. This is a custom version, but it's an official one. You have ghost pieces, hard drop, and you can hold a piece. Those things are the most important to me as far as the gameplay itself. The sounds are cheap, but I like that. It works for me. It's not a massive unit, but definitely bigger than the keychain version I've been playing on for about half a year at work. The weight feels good with batteries in it, and a headphone jack and USB power option are nice. This unit has Tetris, and Tetris only (which is exactly what I wanted personally) so just a heads up there. I recommend this to Tetris lovers, unless you're the kind who is very particular about the version you play. Personally I love it and recommend it to those interested. Tetris forever! Also worth noting, I only paid $22 ish for this unit, on discount. If you can get it for around that price, that's what I recommend. Seems more appropriate to me.

This hand-held battery operated Tetris game is a pleasure to have, especially for those boring moments during travel.

It says nowhere on the Amazon page that this was going to be a used or refurbished item. It came in a box that was obviously open, taped up and the Box was ripped with extra tape on it. Obviously tape that didn't come from the factory. I took pictures. The sticker on the front was obviously askew. The manual was also bent up. So it's obvious that this was a used game. I haven't had a chance to play it yet because there are screws that are keeping the battery compartment shut and I don't have a screwdriver small enough to get it open. So I will update later. Update, plugged it in. The game sucks. When you press and hold down its very squirlly and drops blocks randomly. I miss Nintendo tetris. Disappointed, not what I was expecting at all

Bought Tetris. Good size, lightweight but the image on the screen is so tiny!!! Anyone buying this for nostalgia will be straining their eyes. Not worth it.

I have Galaga and Tetris. Galaga is great. I wish the body of the game were blue or some other color other than green but that’s nitpicking. Tetris is not quite as good as Galaga. It’s still a fun game and I recommend it, but I have an issue with the main button being a scroll wheel other than individual directional ones. It’s too easy to derail the pieces as they fall because the big button is so sensitive. Also, make sure you have fresh batteries to play with otherwise the game will shut off randomly. But other than that it’s a great brand. I intend on purchasing other titles in the future.

Bought this for my hubby and he loves it! It's just like old school Tetris!

My entire family is excited about this. I do wish the game was a larger format in the screen. But honestly, it’s been super fun.

the speaker is not working and the direction button is not working well too

Tiene una versión especial de tetris, es un producto oficial. Bonito en aspecto, pero si es demasiado tosco y pesado para solo tener un juego. Sin embargo cumple lo ofrecido, lo compré para jugarlo en ocasiones donde hay que distraerse unos minutos. Se puede ajustar el brillo y el volumen. No guarda avances. Pero al final tetris siempre es entretenido
