No more 50lb. bags of salt.
Remember, this is a water conditioner and not a water softner. I had this unit installed by a plumber. The first thing I noticed was no more slimy soap on your body that took forever to rinse off. After using it for at least 30 days I have not seen any deposits of calcium on our faucet screens or rings in the toilet. Keep in mind that the manufacturer states to remove iron before it reaches this conditioner. I have 3 iron filters inline before this conditioner. So far it is performing exactly as the manufacturer advertised. Their customer service technicians are friendly and very helpful. I would buy this product again. NO MORE LUGGING 50LB SALT BAGS TO THE BASEMENT.

Disappointing
I've been using it for 3 months, but the more I use it, the more I regret to buy it. I live in new construction area(only 3-month-old house). It's hard to find anyone in my neighbors who gets this salt free water softener, but me. Now,I get to know why. It leaves a lot of hard water stains. I still need to scrub to clean spots on my shower glass wall and door. All my faucets and my kitchen sink(it's grey)are needed to wipe as soon as possible to avoid getting white spots. I'm so doubt it really works as a water softener. It just a water softener alternative and I spent over $2,100(purchase +installation) for what!

Not good
I have had this water softener for over a year now and it has not done anything for our water. We have a well and the water is slightly hard but not terrible. I was hoping this softener would take the hardness down and reduce calcium build up. Unfortunately I have not seen any reduction at all. We still have the same build up in showers, faucets and on the refrigerator water dispenser. I would not recommend this product.

Bad Product & Customer Service does not get back to Rectify
I bought this system June 2, 2024 ----only a little over a year and 4 months and the tank ruptured and i ended up with a flood. I reached out to them and responded to them and sent pictures ---receipt ---everything that they requested and it has been 11 days and still no response. I just want it fixed (plumber however said tank is not fixable so replacement or my money back so I can replace it. I really don't want another one if this is going to happen in another year. Cost me $1290.12 I definitely do not recommend this product and clearly based upon on more reviews ---it is not a good product and wish I knew this earlier.
