They work well. I do recommend. However, I lost the one I took on my most recent trip. User error, nothing wrong either the adapter.

This 2-pack of adapters for India outlets did the trick. The price was very reasonable. I like that there were two adapters as I inadvertently left one in a hotel room. So was very happy to have had the other for back-up. These work. Buy them!

Doesn't fit outlets in Delhi Hotel
My wife is visiting India so I sent along these with her. They don't fit the outlets in her hotel. Luckily, a co-worker of mine (originally from India) loaned us a different adapter which does fit the outlets in her Delhi hotel. The prongs look the same, but no-go. Update: A month after posting the review above, I upgraded my rating from 1-star to 3-stars because without even asking, the merchant actually refunded the purchase price.

If you're going to India...
Bought these at the last minute before a two week trip to India. True, most hotels will have a supply of plug converters, but these came in handy - the Hindi-speaking front desk couldn't understand what I was asking for anyhow. These are the specific type of plug converter for India and a few other countries in the Asia-Pacific area,(Although I have no idea exactly where). If you're travelling with someone else, go ahead and buy two. These 220 volt, three prong India to U.S./Canada standard plugs are well-made and sturdy. NOTE: Although the vast majority of portable electronics we travel with these days will automatically sense and internally step down the Indian 220 volt input voltage to 110 volts, these are plug converters only and do not internally modify the voltage of whatever you plug into them.
