Good carb
Good carb but wish it was cheaper. I didn’t really see any difference in top speed but acceleration improved. Starts perfectly and is easy to adjust.

Great for xpro titan dirtbike 250cc
Bought this for my 2025 X-Pro Titan dirt bike and it fit right in perfectly. Requires minimal adjusting to tune but overall improved performance.

Great replacement carb
Have a KLX140 that I bet succumbed to bad fuel and also poor design. It was not only hard to start, but rough running.I read through various reviews as well as here and settled on this one.Although not as easy as I thought here are some notes: 1. You need to replace the throttle cable. I got the Nibbi 110cm cable - then found out the threads for the throttle are larger than stock so now I have ordered 2. Nibbi Short Stroke throttle. 3. To clear the gas tank I ordered the Sudco 007-731 angled fitting. The carb and fitting both come with boots, so all good there.Did a test run so far without the throttle so far and starts with choke (I'm using factory jets so far), then quickly runs after (had to do a little idle adjust). When warm - shortly after start, it starts with one kick of the starter - amazing! Now onto the air box. The intake of the carb is 48mm and the OD of the tube off of the airbox it also 48mm, but flexible....So, I'm working a rigid, thin insert there and have ordered a 48mm by 3" tube to see if I can clamp down on both. There is about a 1/4" gap between them too.I have seen some do an air box delete and just put filter on, but there's a PCV tube to deal with and if in mud or water I don't want to suck it in. I have ordered UNI 1" air box vents to see if I can get more flow through box first. If I can do it too, I'll try to increase the tube from box to carb intake, but that was a search that was going nowhere. For now its a drastic improvement and some skill, but not overwhelming!

Expensive but works
Expensive for what it is (basically a clone of a Japanese carburetor made in China), but it works great compared to the junk that comes with a Chinese Dual Sport. The "Keihin" PZ30 was impossible to find pilot / slow jets for, making 0 to 1/4 throttle lean even with the mixture screw 3 turns out. Aftermarket needle or a few shims under the stock, and a 110 Keihin main jet up from a 108 was good on my 198cc engine. The "Mikuni" VM26 carburetor that you can get for under 20 bucks was also a hodgepodge of cloned parts slapped into a carburetor. You can easily get Japanese manufactured Mikuni pilot and main jets for this carb, making tuning fairly easy, but the venturi is small at 26mm restricting airflow and horsepower at higher RPMs.This Nibbi PE28 is working great so far. Have it installed on a Lifan 198cc OHV engine. Think I have a 40 pilot (1.5 turn counter-clockwise on the air screw) 110 main and the needle is on the middle clip.Easily getting over 100 miles per gallon with a high of 126 mpg the times I'm not racing up to top speed after every stoplight.

Works great on Kayo K2 230
Worked great on a Kayo K2 230. The only thing I had to modify was the idle adjustment knob… I stripped it off the factory carb and replaced it on the new carb. Although the Nibbi idle adjustment is great it just doesn’t fit within the frame and shock. I’m at 2200 feet above sea level and rode it to 4000 after installing it and I used the factory installed jets.

Tuning NIGHTMARE.
Let me start this off with saying i own every jet and needle under the sun for most small engine carbs. That being said it was easier to tune a 34mm slide OKO carb on a 125cc, This carb does not like see level or i am out of my mind. I spent over 4 hours swapping jets needles and everything i could think of. I even hooked up a wideband o2 sensor got the idle to dialed go to give it throttle and 15.9 lean as all get out. Change the needle for a slimmer one for better main flow 15.6 but here is the kicker. At WOT it reads 10.9-11.2? So 1/8th throttle to 3/4 14.6-15.9 WOT 10.9 11.2? Never in my life have i seen anything like this. I gave up and put on a PWK carb and with in 5 minutes had it running and driving great.10/10 for build quality(beautiful carb)-1000/10 for tuning10/10 for Ease of access to needle adjustment and float.10/10 for idle designoverall, if you have a ton of time and fuel to dick with this carb you can probably get it runnin amazing. Dont get me wrong if you only do from dead stop to WOT this carb is amazing.

Runs Great on DRZ125
The media could not be loaded. I put this on my son's 02' DRZ125. The OD of the inlet side is larger than the stock carb but, it can be stretched on. The OD of the outlet side is smaller. I was able to make my own rubber spacer to adapt the carb to the stock intake manifold. I turned mine on a lathe but I think you could find a radiator hose or something else like it. I purchased extra jets to tune it. It wasn't the easiest carb to tune but, it wasn't made to fit this bike. The only thing I don't like about the carb is the choke location. On this bike it's difficult to reach and it's hard to pull it up. I did the carb and exhaust upgrade at the same time. This little bike really runs like a whole different bike. It has a lot more power. It's been on the bike for several months and I haven't had to make any adjustments since it was installed. We just got back from riding for hours a day for a week and no problems. Update, Sept 24: This little carb is still running like a champ. Some had complained that the idle screw backs out. I put a drop of blue locktite on this when I installed it and have not had any problems. My son has ridden this bike almost every weekend since mid May. I am very impressed by this carb. It's well worth the money.
