## Description

Create and Design with Accuracy: Enjoy an outstanding visual experience with an Acer UT241Y Zero Frame IPS touch monitor. Designed with prosumers in mind, this display features incredible images and colors. With Adaptive-Sync Technology, the frame rate is determined by your graphics card, not the fixed refresh rate of the monitor, giving you a serious competitive edge. Plus, users can enjoy comfortable viewing experience while gaming via flicker-less and low dimming display. The design saves space on your desk and lets you place multiple monitors side by side to build a seamless big-screen display. (UM.QW1AA.A01)

Review: Easy setup - Surprised how well the touch screen works. Setup was easy. Great size. Works flawlessly. Clear picture. Highly recommend.
Review: Lasted 1 year before I threw it out - DONT BUY this trash. I bought this in November 2024. It broke down in March 2025. I shipped to Texas in March 2025 only to hear that the screen was not covered by warranty and it will cost $150 to repair. In December 2025 the screen was unusable with lines and flickering and touch screen not working. Mouse worked but flickering screen may it unusable. I tried many DIY fixes but no success. I moved the monitor to a different computer and again went thru all the fixes I could find. I called tech support and got a tech that was not very good at English and he stepped me thru a few steps, but no success. So - tech support wanted me to ship it again. After spending $500 for a $250 monitor I decided to call it trash and junked it. I wish I could give this a zero stars - because it does not deserve even one star

### ⭐⭐ ACER website describes that touch only works with Windows 10
*by L***A on November 1, 2024*

I tried every input to activate touch screen, as per instructions to use USB. Still no touch. Went to ACER website to review instructions. Instructions said to use USB for touch and only works with Windows 10. The ad for this monitor didn't mention it. Picture quality is fantastic, but I use touch monitors. Not this one.
