I like this product. It absorbs 8 ounces (1 cup) of liquid. It works well and leaves you drier than other products. I would recommend this product. The ads are correct.

I have been using pads for inconsistenc for several years. I buy Always Discreet Adult Incontinence pads regularly. I normally buy them from Sam's Club, #5 long. I decided to try them here from Amazon #5 long. I was very disappointed. I bought some more from Sam's Club and compared the pads to these from Amazon because I noticed when I first tried the ones from Amazon that they seemed more narrow and thinner than the ones from Sam's Club plus they did not hold near the amount of liquid. I was correct. When comparing them to each other. The ones from Amazon were indeed thinner and more narrow. I will not be buying these from Amazon ever again. Apparently Amazon has made some kind of deal for an inferior product at an unreasonable price. VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!!

I’ve been using these for years. And recently they must have changed how they make them because they do not “hold” as much urine as they once used to. So unfortunately, I’m going to have to upgrade to a Level 6 Long, and pray that solves my dilemma. The scent is fine, if it would actually last longer than 5 minutes. They stick well in my panties and are comfortable to wear. But I do believe the quality has gone downhill a bit, just my opinion. I have major leakage during the night and or the early morning hours, even after restricting my fluid intake during the evening hours. During the daytime, they work just fine, because I can get to my bathroom more often.
