Listen to the instructions and you'll be fine. Also... listen to your parents.

I bought this to kill a bunch of weeds in my side yard (which is quite rocky) and after about three or so applications everything turned brown and died off. A few things you have to know: 1. The instructions say to basically douse the weed (or grass). A simple spray won't do it, 2. I realize this might sound like common sense advice but in case you aren't thinking about it: MAKE SURE THE AREA BEING SPRAYED IS INACCESSIBLE TO ANY CHILDREN OR PETS AFTER APPLYING IT. This stuff has things in it that KILL OTHER THINGS. If you want a harmless weed killer. . . . . . I honestly don't know what to tell you. 3. Wash your hands after use. You don't want to end up with chemicals in your eyes! As for value? I honestly don't know if it's cost effective or not but according to the back of the product it should be enough weedkiller to kill the weeds in a 500 sq foot or so area. Anyway, just follow the directions to the letter and it should work for you.

I haven’t had much regrowth in the areas I treated, so while it’s slow, it is effective. Overall, this is a good product for larger jobs where convenience and lasting results matter more than speed. Just be ready to wait a bit for it to do its thing.
