The Balzano Bullet Mixer has been nothing but inconvenient in everyday use. It certainly doesn’t save time because I have to stop and shake the jar multiple times to get ingredients to mix properly. The service quality is unsatisfactory, as support is difficult to reach and no clear assistance is provided for issues. A noticeable burning smell develops after only a few minutes of operation, which is worrying. Blendability is inconsistent — juices and shakes come out lumpy instead of smooth. The jar also suffers from leakage, with liquid dripping from the lid during blending and creating a mess. The blade sharpness is poor and struggles to cut even soft fruits efficiently. Overall, the machine feels unreliable and not worth the money spent.
