Not working after 2 weeks

After 4 months, it stopped charging suddenly !

I bought it on the 10th of September and all of a sudden it stopped working and I hardly use it please I will appreciate a replacementThanks

I used this to make some smoothies and blended drinks before it settled into its true purpose for me. It worked very well. Just don't fill it all the way up, leave some room in the chamber for it to mix. I actually bought this to mix granular fertilizers (Master Blend, Epsom salt and Power Grow) with water to make 5-gallon liquid fertilizer batches in buckets. I add about 4 gallons of plain water to the buckets. You have to mix these 3 fertilizers in a specific order separately or you will get nutrient lock-out. I fill the blender 1/2 way with plain water, add the first fertilizer and blend for about 20 seconds. Add the liquid to the 5-gallon bucket and stir. Do the same thing with the other two, one at a time. When done, I rinse the chamber with water a couple of times to clean it and throw the water into the bucket. Add enough plain water to top off the buckets. When I was mixing and stirring directly in the buckets, I felt like the granular fertilizers never completely dissolved. With this portable blender, it just pulverizes the granules. So much better and easier. Super easy to recharge with the magnetic charge port too. Hope that this review helps someone decide to buy/use this product.

As a product, it works very well. Charging is a breeze, and it is powerful enough to crash ice at ease. However, I want a little more liquid when I make smoothie. Also you need to note that it uses a unique charging cable which is magnetic. If that goes bad, this product will be useless. I don't have any other product which uses this charging cord. That bothers me a little.(8 mo update)I shouldn't have jinxed in my review... the charging cable stopped working. Now it's unique to this product so I cannot charge the blender at all. So sad. Also, it's probably better if you could wash the blades a little more throughly. The idea of the product was good, but cons outweighed at the end.

I have been using this blender to make my daily shakes and I think it works pretty well! It will stop blending sometimes but a good shake gets it working again with no issue.Pros-easy to use, simply screw the pieces together and double tap to start blending-easy to clean, parts are easy to remove for cleaning-blends fruit well(I did banana and strawberries)-easy/reliable charging port, magnetic and water proofCons-will stop blending sometimes-lid handle does not come up easy if at allWhat would I change?I think the lid could be better. The carry handle does not unlatch easy. I would like a lid that has a drink spout that way I don't have to take the whole lid off to drink my smoothy. I've got a small mouth so I can be a little clumsy with drinking sometimes.Overall, I think this is a great product especially for the price! If you are looking for an affordable portable blender that is easy to use and not too big, I strongly suggest this one!
