I mean, I do not like lotions because of how my skin is left feeling smudgy. But I wish I could wear lotions. The way it feels on my skin is absolutely amazing! I take a shower, put a few drops in my hand and run it through my hair. Do my routine and leave it in for 5 minutes. Rinse it out. Wash my hair. Done. I rub my legs, arms, neck and then stomach and under my breasts with the oil. I have hardly sweat under my big breasts since I got this! Which is amazing!! After 15-20 minutes my skin feels smooth and great but most of all -- doesn't feel sticky and smudgy all over!Lastly, my nails!!
