QWORK 20T Mini Hydraulic Cylinder Jack Porta Power Ram 2" Stroke, CP-180 Manual Hydraulic Hand Pump, Single Acting Lifting Cylinders for Machinery Shipbuilding

After reading reviews mainly complaining about no fluid, not working, or no instructions. First I wanna say people make it sound difficult and probably not a person who works in a hands on field. Ordered 3 they all worked out of the box! Because of the reviews the first thing I checked was fluid. Simply unscrew the yellow tube from the top and found 1/2 tube full of oil. When you get it out of the box remove the plastic ends and hook up the hose to the ram. It does take up to 15 pumps before it starts to pick the first time and get full of fluid. Next these types of things are made to lift extremely heavy loads. They dont lift quickly. Probably 50 pumps for 2 inches. Which if you truly are picking something in the 30 to 40k pounds its something your gonna want control. For me we was jacking up a 60 foot tall tank so we needed control to make sure it didn't fall over due to the wind.

Well mine arrived and the box was damaged. There was literally no packing material inside at all and the unit was flopping around loose in the box. The on off valve took an impact through the side of the box. As others have stated it does not come full of oil and there are no instructions included. The unit works but doesn't extend all the way because of the lack of oil. The handle get hard to put but yet the piston is not producing any additional pressure. the only way to fix that is to back off the valve and then start pumping the handle again. I think something happened during shipment that damaged it.

I am using this hydraulic ram and pump to re press truss plates on a garage roof. I needed something the would work in the horizontal position and this worked just fine. I do wish there were instructions included showing how to add hydraulic fluid. Tip: The pump will work in the horizontal position as shown and it also in the vertical position if the hose is on the bottom. The ram works in any position and it has a built in return spring making it much easier to work with.

When it arrived the rear metal foot on the pump was sticking through the box and bent. Considered returning it but didn't want to wait for another that might be damaged as well. Removed the foot and bent it back into shape with a vice and hammer. Should have been shipped with the foot removed. Markings on the thumb-wheel that read "On" and "Off" make no sense. In the "Off" position the jack is active. The "On" position releases the jack. The jack itself is very heavy duty and worked well to spread frame tubes and stretch a control arm on a damaged Yamaha YXZ.

appears to be agood product but promised delivery time was 5+ hours late

I used it to press a 3/8" thick piece of steel back into place after it got damaged. Used it like a porta power. Worked excellent. It needed to be less than 5" tall to fit between the two pieces that needed to be bent back to a 7" gap.

The product arrived non-functional right out of the box; the pump wouldn't pump oil—in short, it's junk.

Great product. Worked perfectly for us in tight spots.

I needed a small port-a-power with a short ram, this worked perfectly for my project with much more reserve power than I required.

The unit didn't work out of the box. It appears there is no hydraulic fluid. There are also no instructions on how to bleed the air and refill the cylinder with hydraulic oil. I spent over an hour bleeding some air and adding hydraulic fluid at both the pump and jack ends, but it still didn't work. A simple page of instructions would have gone a long way and saved a lot of wasted time.
