Q: Does this contain glitter or something inside the filament?

I purchased just the Purple/Black filament and it did not have glitter in it. But it is a silk PLA which gives it a shine. From the directions on the spool, a lower temperature means more shine. So presumably you could give it a matte look with higher temps, but I did not test that out.

Q: Where's the file for the trees in the image? Name of it?

Honestly you just might have to look that up

Q: Does this fit ant 3D printer?

Technically yes, as long as it's rated for 1.75mm filament. There are some printers that fit larger diameter filament like... 3.0 or something crazy like that, I'm not sure because I don't use it. But 1.75mm diameter filament is pretty "industry standard".
