It has a stiff ring at the top to keep it open and allow air to inflate the tube, making it puff up and become far more visible than a cheaper single-layer flat tail. Once you fly an inflatable tail you’ll never want to go back to a single layer. Also 65 feet is the minimum length I’d want. Anyone flying a kite tail always wants it longer. This is a good length, I’d prefer 100ft but nobody seems to make a 100ft tube tail. I fly with a Symphony 1.8 and a 2.2 power kites and it works great with both!
