I picked this up to keep in the medicine cabinet for the winter season, and it works exactly like the major name brands. The daytime softgels do a great job of cutting down congestion so you can get through the workday, and the nighttime ones knock out the cough so you can actually get some sleep. The softgels are standard size and easy to swallow, and you can't beat the value for a full combo pack. Definitely worth stocking up on.

Glad I planned ahead
Got a cold last day of my Alaskan cruise. Had these with me. Don't seem quite as strong as NyQuil, but have definitely helped. Glad I got them!
