Tried Zumba but didn't really like the music but this is fab. Love the music and the moves and the presenter isn't too annoying. Love that I can sing along to the tracks and work up a sweat at the same time. Fantastic!
I have done Zumba before but this is my favourite! It is a joy to do! The moves are easy to do but get your heart pumping and its just so much fun you forget that your exercising! Love it!

Dreadful waste of money
As a regular zumba participant, been going in excess of 5 yrs approx 3 times a wk I needed something to do during lockdown, well country music doesn't seem to lend itself to zumba very well. The moves just didn't seem to fit that well and the people doing the dvd seemed more interested in looking good than breaking a sweat. Save your money and check out the numerous very good selection on uTube to get you through lockdown
