Very easy to set up and use. Only wish it came with tongs bc the towels do get very hot

The Good and Bad
It works well thanks, but I am not pleased at all with the handling of the 3 and 1 professional Steamer that I never received. Instead I received a Steamer only that I was told I had to pay over $65 to return so I decided to try the product sent it didn't work properly at all. I paid a lot for a product they wanted me to return at my expense over$65. For a mistake they made ,and a product that works poorly

Not that great
The digital one is not as good as the one with the timer. If you use regular water you need to clean the heating element. I use this daily and it always starts great until it is not. Not the worst but daily use wears this product down fast

Pre wet your towels first
The first time I used this was for a home spa day for my husbands birthday. It does get the towels very hot and is easy to use/clean and the ability to add essential oils in the base is a nice touch. You do need to pre drench the towels in water or you will have hot dry towels. The water in the base is not enough.

The buttons stick a littlre
The buttons to operate the unit stick a little and you have to press firmly to turn the unit on. Outside of the button issues this unit is amazing. I usually set it for 10 minutes and have to allow it to cool for 20 minutes because it gets hot hot. I love it for my facial towels.

It stopped working off waste of money and in the landfill now!
I love the fact it is light weight. Small enough for my counter space I have. But when it shuts off for no reason or won't even turn on when I have a facial in progress is NOT good! I was so embarrassed when I had no hot towels to remove a mud mask! Definitely got what I paid for!
