Dragon Ball, Vol. 2 Paperback – March 1, 2003

This volume wraps up the pilaf saga and it’s very fun to read.

Its a good manga to read. Recommended for every manga and anime lovers

I'm collecting these as fast as I can due to the passing of the creator of dragon ball and dragon ball Z the dude was truly a legend and I was heavily influenced by his works growing up as a kid in the late90s early 2000s I thought he would live to be 90 or something idk. the truth is the thought never crossed my mind as a fan to buy his comics I was strictly anime only when it came to the series however the franchise is so big that it's not as if it's going to be hard to get you're hands on anything produced by Toriyama except maybe the original Dr slump series but other then that I think the Super series will be finished up by his student toyatora I think that's his name I don't know maybe I'll look into some signed stuff from other authors before they too leave us to soon. You never know these days unfortunately

I just read this one again in preparation for what I hope to be a full read of the Dragon Ball manga (all 42 volumes covering the Dragon Ball story as well as Dragon Ball Z) and it's just damn good fun. Dragon Ball is one of those universes like Star Wars, or LotR, that I just wanted to ditch my own life for and be a part of growing up. It's just a fun world. There are dinosaurs, but there are also futuristic capsules that pop out full size houses and motor bikes. There are flying clouds (that you may ride as long as you're pure of heart). There are staffs that can grow to a distance equal to the moon at Goku's whim. There are martial artists who can focus their dormant energy into a physical energy blast obliterating mountains. There are alien species that transform into giant monkey-monsters at the sight of a full moon. And that's just the first two volumes!Call it nostalgia but I love Dragon Ball, and if you can get your hands on the series I think you will too.

I AM SO HAPPY THAT THESE SINGLE VOLUMES ARE UNCENSORED. it is so stupid that they made the three in one volumes censored even the BOX SET!!! this is the only way to buy them uncensored

It’s fun and lighthearted, not exactly what I expected before reading but I’m enjoying it.On to volume 3 now!

The manga was in perfect condition. My son read it a said he felt like “Homelander” after reading it
