Press and hold the light button for 3 to 5 seconds to reset this.

You have to hold the light button for 3 to 5 seconds to reset the filter count, I replaced mine and found out you need to press that button for the 3 to 5 seconds then it resets it.

Q: Does it have a mode where you can run it 24/7?

Yes, just keep it on. I run mine 24/7.

Q: What’s the voltage?

Rated Voltage is 12v and rated power is 12w. I hope that helps with use with a 100-240v 50/60 AC power supply
