This charging case is the worst I’ve ever purchased. It would not fully recharge my phone even one time, though it claims to be able to have a 180% battery capacity. It completely stopped working after about three weeks.

This battery case is a total lifesaver! The 10,000mAh capacity gives my iPhone 14 a full extra charge (sometimes even more), which is perfect for long days out, travel, or when I forget my charger. It works. the only issues I have found so far is that wireless charging does not work with all wireless chargers. It doesn’t work with any of my wireless charging stands, with my wireless charger built in my car, it only works with the wireless charger built in my desk. It also has to be perfectly align or it won’t charge. I thought it was broken and I ordered a replacement but the replacement had the same issue. I’m assuming it has to do with how much electricity the wireless charger passes to the phone. I couldn’t find what the recommended minimum amount is or how much my desk passes through compared to my wireless charging stands.

The connection inside the battery that goes into the IPhone is its weak point. It tends to get stuck and breaks apart from the battery case too soon after using it for a few months.

update: phone constantly disconnects when put on the charger resulting in the PHONE itself not charging. I have changed chargers, had the phone checked and it’s the case itself tbat causes the phone to disconnect. i do not recommend this caseGood case. Easy to get the phone into the case and use. Takes awhile to fully charge the case. you CAN charge both the case and your phone at the same time but often times my phone will stop and disconnect from the charger when plugged into the charger and the case will continue to charge. i don’t have to charge my phone while at work which is nice because we constantly have to find one of the chargers that are spread throughout our comm center. The case will drain pretty quickly when charging the phone and will need to be charged again after use each time. my power bank usually lasts a month before i have to charge it so that is another down side to this case. it doesn’t connect to the wireless charger in my truck even though it’s compatible though that just might be an issue with the charger in the truck itself as it was hard to get my phone to connect to that charger prior to me getting this case. the feel of the case is good. not too bulky and fits in my small pocket in my bag. overall not too bad of a product. extends the battery life of my phone when i need when im out at events and at work or at bowling league and has eliminated my need to have my bigger power bank and charge cord with me. will how well it works this coming weekend when i’m out all weekend for my sister-in law’s 21st b-day as we are going on vacation to celebrate!

I have bought 3 of these battery cases over several years for my Iphone 14. They do work well as a second battery to recharge the phone when away from a power source. That can be really handy at times. They are also rubberized so they provide some shock protection for the phone in case it is dropped. The problem I have with these battery cases is that, after about 7 months of use they stop taking a charge. At that point I have replaced them with the same model. As long as you don't mind replacing the case as frequently as annually they are a decent buy.
