Product and Service review
Very good product and customer service as well. I used the product for 7 months and unfortunately it stopped working but after service is very good which replaced with nee product within 7 days

Disastrous product. Two failures in 6 months + RUSTING!
Please avoid this product at all costs. My first kettle died within 2 months. The replacement they sent started rusting on the lid, which is incredibly unsafe for health. When reported, the company just tried to mail me a screw to replace it myself. Now, a few months later, the replacement kettle has also completely stopped working. Customer service has provided zero compensation or helpful response. Complete waste of money and a total scam.

Build quality is not good however excellent customer support
My Agaro Kettle broke down after 10 months. I called the support and they promptly sent a new replacement. Agaro products are of good quality, I own a hand blender which is awesome, however I would not suggest this kettle as the build quality of this product is not good. The lid hinge plastic will come out after sometime.
