VRURC Portable Charger 20000mAh, Fast Charging Power Bank USB C,4 Output 2 Input Travel Essentials Charging Bank Equipped with LED Display,Built-in Wall Plug and Cables,Phone Charger Battery,Purple

Took this on a trip with the kids and just got back to a power outage and we love it! Cons - on the heavier side; takes a long time to charge via outlet; cable are short - wish this also had a strap to hold onto your device, but having the cables built in while traveling saved us from having to dig in our bags for longer cables so honestly I didn’t even think about grabbing another cable to use; feels a little loose in outlets and you need one with plenty of clearance under it (my mom’s kitchen counter the outlet is sideways and this wanted to flop forward a bit so I had to push something g up against it to hold it closer to wall to charge). Pros - outweigh any cons. Looking back I see that it’s supposed to charge faster with a USB cable which I didn’t realize, I just plug it into the wall - not all of these portable chargers have that feature, I absolutely love that because this makes it really handy if you forget the wall plug piece (and I also don’t have to deal with USB versus USB-C plug ends which I am dealing with as I am trying to switch more over to USB-C instead of USB-A and have some of both with the different wall plugs). This fully charged up my phone, my daughter‘s phone, and was still over 30%. It does take a while to recharge plugged into the wall, but our phones were charged to the point where we didn’t need it while it recharged. Bought this for my son for Christmas so we haven’t had it that long, but haven’t used as much. Seems to hold its charge a long time, I hadn’t plugged it in for a while before we left in my son had used it and it was still nearly fully charged when we grabbed it for the trip. I specifically picked this one because it also has a micro USB option, lightning, cable, and the USB-C cable. Micro USB my son has his insulin pump and also my mom had an older device we were able to charge on it unexpectedly. We are still on the older iPhones with lightning cables, otherwise this would be better with two USB-C cables, but they are short so you couldn’t really have two people using their phones at once on it, and USB-C is great for everything else now. We got back to a power outage and it was on 70% from charging my phone on the drive home - charged up 2 phones overnight and it’s still at more than 30%. On the cruise, the boys were running around everywhere and they use the heck out of this all week sharing between them, I doubt they ever really plugged it back into the wall. Based on my usage, I would say this can get you through at least 48 hours or more depending on how heavily you use your devices. High quality, great value, very much appreciate that we had this on our trip and didn’t have to deal with dying phones. I am looking into some sort of strap to attach it to my phone just to make carrying it around easier because it does become very bulky when you have them together, although with men’s pockets, my son didn’t have any problem, putting it in his pocket with his phone, women’s jeans they didn’t want to fit together in my back pocket.

I absolutely LOVE this portable charger 👏!! I had major back surgery several months ago and I'm still using my walker. The convenience aspect of this charger is off the charts! It was fun to actually pick out a color for it😂. I chose the pink one, it's easy to spot right away. Everything is the black color and with this pink one, my husband won't sneak out the door with it to use at work! I find it VERY easy to use --- I'm not educated on technology, it's all trial and error for me! It was at 70% right out of the box also. I went ahead and charged it to 100%, and the next day charged my phone. Like some of the reviews I read, it takes a few hours to charge up to 100%. I get exactly three full charges to my phone, then I charge it at night. I love the light on top that shows how much percentage is left on the charger itself. Don't have to keep turning it over to view it, I can read it easily. It does have a little weight to it, but I won't be taking it out of the house anyway. I would definitely buy again, it very simple to use!!

While this is an awesome product while it works, the prongs that connect to the electrical outlet stopped working less than a month after purchase. I didn't drop it or anything. Extremely disappointed as before then it was an awesome product. Now it's a pain to recharge it. Edit: they were very nice and sent me a new one with a warranty after this happened. Highly recommend!

Not a robust cord. USB-C connector broke off within 2 uses when I inadvertently twisted the cord as I stuck the battery and connected phone into my backpack. The "inlet" port on the top cannot be used as an alternate USB-C charge port. It's basically useless to me now. Seemed like a good concept with everything attached, etc., but this is a failure. Back to shopping for something that is a little more sturdy. If you want something to just sit on your desk, probably works ok. If you are planning to use it " on the go " you probably should look for a different product.

Love this. I depend on it a lot. Fast charge. Fits in my purse.

***EDIT-just had the best customer service and they took care of the issue for me. Thank you! I loved this charger until it quit. This happened twice actually. The wall plug prongs don’t stay in place so it won’t make the connection to wall charge so once it dies it’s useless. Disappointing because this is my 3rd or 4th and two of them broke.

The perfect power bank just got better! (Digital screen is a game changer!) This is my second VRURC product, and once again, you have absolutely knocked it out of the park. I had high hopes based on my first experience, and my expectations have not only been met—they’ve been exceeded. First, let’s talk about the look. This 20000mAh charger is incredibly sleek and modern. It has a nice, solid weight to it that feels premium and durable in your hand, not cheap or hollow. But the best new feature has to be the digital screen! Finally, no more guessing games—it tells you exactly how much power is remaining, which is a lifesaver. The port selection is perfect for any situation. It has the Apple fast charger, USB-C, and micro USB, so I can charge all my devices and even my friends' without needing to hunt for a specific cable. Such a smart design. VRURC also thought about the little things that make a big difference. Where you plug the chargers back in, there is a little tab that makes it super easy to pull the plug out. And speaking of plugs, I love that this charges by plugging straight into the outlet. No cords required! It makes it so easy to top it off before I head out the door. If you are looking for a powerful, well-thought-out power bank, get this one. VRURC, please keep making products like this. You have a customer for life

I initially left a negative review for the VRURC Portable Charger 20000mAh after being unsatisfied with my first unit. However, I was completely blown away when their customer service team reached out to me immediately to make things right. They explained that they had upgraded both the product design and the internal battery for better reliability and a longer lifespan. To prove it, they sent me a brand-new replacement completely free of charge—no return necessary. A few weeks later, they even generously offered a second free power bank for my family! My husband and I have been using these upgraded power banks for over two months now, and they are fantastic. They effortlessly keep our phones and devices fully charged while we’re on the go. I highly recommend the VRURC Portable Charger for all your travel and daily charging needs. You can buy with confidence knowing that this company truly stands behind its products and takes exceptional care of its customers.

I purchased this power bank to replace my old bank that could plug into the wall and my other bank that couldn’t. I was looking for something that could charge my switch on the go without having to carry a separate cable. I originally found the 10,000mAh one and then saw that this 20,000mAh one was $15 off, making it around $7-$8 more than the 10,000mAh one, so why not go for the one that carries double the charge. This power bank is thick and it is heavy, but seeing as it is to hold a lot of charge for a long time, the size and weight of it is pretty good. You probably won’t notice it in your tote bag or backpack, but would probably notice it in your pocket, fanny pack or smaller purse/bag. I can confirm that it does charge my switch and phone at the same time. It did take my switch a while to start charging, maybe 3 seconds, but it did charge, and at the same time as my phone. Overall, I believe this is an amazing product for a great price (I had a $15 coupon). If you don’t mind the extra weight and size, this power bank is the one for you. No need for extra cables, can charge while plugged into the wall, and can charge multiple devices at a time. The case is a wonderful add on to keep it safe. Highly recommend!

Funciona correctamente, la carga rápido funciona normal, siento que el peso si es de considerar al igual que el volumen, fuera de eso, muy buena batería

I charged this product fully and then used it for about a week (with constant use) before I had to even think about charging it again. It charged my phone fully about 5-6 times before going down to 20%, when I charged it again. I would worry about the weight of it being a problem for the prongs after a while, but so far I have no issue. I was also concerned about overheating after reading some reviews, but so far it’s been perfectly fine. Charging my iPad had no issue, and leaving the product to charge overnight was no problem either. It’s a little bulky and the length of the built in cords makes it even more awkward to hold, but overall I highly recommend!!

Awesome concept, and it held a charge great. I had a phone with a pretty damaged battery and this gave me the ability to leave the house without anxiety over my phone dying a few hours later. I recommended this exact charger to at least a dozen people, and then one day when I tried to plug it into the wall, it no longer could charge itself. I was past the return window so i was just out the money - which was quite disappointing considering it had been treated with care and such a useful product, but I can’t recommend something that breaks within a few months of purchase

I bought this on Prime Day to replace another brand I bought last year that has recently broke. I went with the upgraded mAh for this one and I was shocked at how heavy and bulky it is compared to the old one, that’s the only con I have for this thing. Charges quickly which is wonderful if you’re on the go and in a pinch.
