Does this adhere to Plexiglass sheeting?

Thank you for the question. Loctite Power Grab Ultimate Construction Adhesive - White is not well suited for use on Plexiglass.

Can you use this product to glue a frame around a glass mirror???

Hard surfaces shouldn’t be a problem in theory but some adhesives put off a lot of heat when curing when “grabbing” and you also need to clamp it tight during the curing process. Both are make it more likely to cracking the glass. Probably why it is not listed as one of the recommended materials it works on. You could test it on a small piece but the test piece might work while the larger the piece will still be a problem. A little torque while carrying the mirror or temperature change might break it. I made a mirror and glued the wood only and allow a little float for the glass with a little dab of silicone to hold in place

Can you paint over this?

Never tried it, but used it in some applications where it would need to be painted over. Believe Loctite red is varnish-based. It hardens over the threaded surface forming a lockable joint … one which can be later broken with heat.
