I like the build quality, the sharpness of the blades, and the protective caps. The bottle opener was tried and abandoned in favor of a true bottlecap opener. And one pair is always available in the kitchen. When you get two, isn't it a pair of pairs? Anyhow, you can pare some savings with this purchase. I'd rate it a good buy.

Yes, these kitchen shears are a necessity. I replace mine every 6-7 months since we use them to cut raw meat and packages. They’re way too clean, easy to use, good value, work well and have covers on the sharp end (perfect for an accident prone person such as myself)
