SANSCO 2MP Full Matel Housing Wired CCTV Security Camera

A very good canera nice and clear day or night, easy to set up and a fast delivery

Customer service is excellent. They seem genuinely concerned if you have issues and make contact quickly. My issue was resolved very quickly. It’s a great system but if you can’t set it up easily do contact customer service where you can get the help you need.

Good camera, nice wide angle, clear image, not the best but a good value option

This camera is really good. I have been using this camera for 2 years now and no problems have arose during the time I've been using it. The camera quality is really detailed and has deep, rich colors to it. I would buy again to install around the house.

I bought this camera as an addition to the original two I had already installed. The picture quality is great, especially in daylight, and having the app on my phone means that I can check in on my property from anywhere in the world where I have a data connection. The nightvision is good but like with any digital zoom (zoomed in through the DV recorder during playback) the quality has a lot of 'noise' (graining) but detail is still there for objects closer to the lens (approx 15 feet or less). I have to make a special mention here regarding the supplier (misidigi). When the camera arrived and I tried to install it, there was no picture coming through. After much testing on other cables, it was evident that the camera was faulty. I contacted the supplier and explained the situation and they were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I had to send some photos of the camera to verify that the camera was indeed compatible with the DV recorder but once they realised it wasn't anything to do with my set up, they immediately supplied me with a replacement camera without any extra cost to me. This is the kind of service that stands out from other sellers and I would 100% buy from misidigi (supplier name) again.

Fantastic item again from Sansco fast delivery goes well added to my Sansco cctv set up

Very easily fitted and wired in. Good picture quality and night vision. Added to an existing Sansco system.

Lasted 6 months now switched to black and white and 14/3 instead 16:9 and won’t go back no matter what I try, unfortunately brought 2 more so wait to see if they go faulty as well, wasted money😫 Latest update another camera gone faulty 🤦🏻‍♂️ After being contacted by Sansco and they have sent out 2 new cameras the after sales is above average and reassuring so changed from 1 star to 4 to reflect that, well done after sales.
