Great Customer Service
Had issues with the product not working correctly. After trouble shooting with customer service and a few photos. A replacement was delivered.

does not drain with hose attachment, only drains into bucket
Easy to move around. Very poor manual instructions. Manual states "24/7 live chat support we promise to respond within 24 hours" this makes no sense. Attached male hose attachment and then my garden hose and it still only drains into bucket. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. I will say customer service tried to resolve my issues. In the end I returned this item
