This is expensive compared to other brushes I have bought, however, it is the best brush I have for daily brushing and removing small tangles in the fur. I have a long haired, double coated dog and this is the first brush that has left his coat feeling soft. He hates being brushed, but doesn’t mind this brush. It is important to watch a video about how to use this brush properly as you can hurt the dog’s skin if used incorrectly. I am pleased with this purchase.

Yes feels pricey for a brush, but so far so good. Looks good and feels nice to use. My dog has recently been clipped so not sure on the matting front yet, my dog mats very easily and the groomer suggested a brush like this and the other reviews were really positive about reducing mats so fingers crossed.
