### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good tool

This is one of the thicker shakes I have tried, even when using a hand shaker to mix it up. Using a blender is far better, however, as there is more air present and so you get a thicker shake that keeps you fuller for longer. You can add the odd bit of fruit to alter that taste, too. I still take a glucomannan supplement half an hour before my shake, just to keep that feeling of fullness there for a bit longer. The taste is quite nice - not too chemically, and it definitely tastes like the vanilla ice cream pictured on the tub. It is still a little grainy, even after mixing in a blender, but that is the same for most diet shakes I believe! A good level of protein and other vitamins and minerals is reassuring, although I still take an Omega 3 supplement alongside this. As with all diet shakes, this may stop your stomach feeling empty for a time, but it won't stop you feeling the effects of not eating. Don't expect to feel no discomfort! And don't expect the tub to be full up to the top - they could be about 30% smaller without reducing the amount of powder inside! Overall, a good product, which I come back over other brands as and when I need it.
