Not to buy this product. Defect product
I had a very bad experience from this product. The customer suport is ridiculous. On saturday i ask a specialist carpenter to instll this lock and no one was suppoting. They send a old version video in which a spring is showing and that is not in the pack. On monday customer suport is telling that it is a reference video and the spring is not required for this. The Carpenter drilled my front door for this and the Lock is not locking from outside. Now the old lock also not fixing on it because of additional holes. My sincere reqest to all who are looking for a Lock, don't buy Lavna. Customer suppot is not at all useful. Anyone wates to contact me, I can explain further.
