it is easy to use, I thought it was for a cup of coffee but it is actually expresso, my bad it's in the name. Very nice tasting and I love the fact it has creamer and sweetener already so. Taste is very good

Product is Good!Amazon delivery was bad. I thought they left the oversized package sitting on top of the delivery mail box like the photo showed. The package was not on top or inside the my mail box. So my report was its stolen! It gets worse. So I sent a bad message to the delivery company, but it was this review instead. So no I am one of those shoppers ranting on the delivery and not the product. Sorry 'bout that, well I found the package - they stuffed it in the delivery box and it's stuck in the middle! Amazon damage my mail box too!

I think this coffee tastes better than Starbuck's. The directions say to use 1 stick per 2.5 oz, but I use 3 sticks per 12 oz. If you don't want the sugar, pinch the end of the stick to let only the coffee and creamer out. It takes a little practice.

It takes three packs to get enough flavor for one decent cup. Needs a stronger blend.

Love this coffee.
