How was I supposed to refill my cartage?
There is no instruction, no tools, just bottles and needles in the compressed cardboard box. There is no hole in my PG-245 cartage for the needle to go in. I guess you will need your own drill to make a hole, which makes this item an incomplete refill "kit".

Ok but missing tool to open to insert syringe
Came with plenty of ink. But no tool to drill to insert syringe so not a complete kit
