While I haven’t yet noticed a lot of difference with my circulation, I’ve only been using it for a few days. But what I did notice—and why I gave it five stars—was the immediate relief from the painful tingling caused by my neuropathy. This cream provides relief for several hours. I’m hoping with continued recommended use, I will start to notice improvement in the circulation on top of the wonderful relief from the pain. I will likely update my review when I’ve used this long enough to know either way.
