It has electrical issues.
The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.

Excellent product. It is very easy to use and fits comfortably to the body. Red light therapy is very relaxing and helps a lot with muscle tension after a long day.
