Book cane with best quality, print and condition.
Book conditions: it was superb, one must go on if they’re planning to buy it. The print, font size, condition and quality everything was superb.Book review: ➳ Ratings : ✩ ✩ ✩ / 5➳ Tropes : second chance romance , small town, rom-com , forced proximity , opposite attracts .➳ Review :Second book of the series and I’m glad at-least it had dual pov and I think Evelyn , she was everything your typical influencers aren’t and by that i mean , an amazing person who had such beautiful chemistry with Beckett who was so good , so dreamy it was all hearts and bows . Overall this book is nice and fun read not having any plots and one of the reasons for rating it low was the plot point was that 3rd act breakup and I don’t like that trope much.✨ It’s okay if it takes you some time to find it again. And it’s okay if you find it just to lose a bit of it here and there. That’s the beauty of it, yeah? It comes and goes. Not every day is a happy one and it shouldn’t be. It’s in the trying, I think.✨

Great one to the series
Mixed Signals by B. K. Borison is the third book in the Lovelight Series, featuring Layla Dupree and Caleb Alvarez. Layla has given up on love, but Caleb has the perfect solution—a simple proposition: one month of no strings attached dating. But the one thing they did not consider between them was the chemistry and hot sexual tension between the two. Layla is a bakery owner where Caleb goes every single day and orders the same thing—a croissant and coffee—just to see her. This one is, so far, definitely the least favorite in the Lovelight series. Both the characters are way too sweet and a bit flat for my taste. As the book suggests, there were actually entirely mixed signals and a lack of communication between the two. Both of them are pretty much sunshiny in nature, and eventually everything works out well. But if you are someone who loves sweet rom-coms and less steamy ones, this one is for you. It is a sweet and steamy small-town romance that can be read as a standalone as well. I am definitely waiting for the fourth book in the series to be released later this year.

Fav always
Lyla and Caleb are absolute sweethearts and their love and chemistry is one of my favourite in this series. Their fake dating and experimental love ends up stealing our hearts for sure. Lyla, will reflect us sometimes and Caleb is an absolute cutie. They will steal your hearts if you love fake dating, small town, teacher x Baker. This book has so much cute moments, that you will end up grinning the whole time. The meddling of the town ends being the cherry in the cake and you will fall in love with everybody in this series.

5 cutest, sweetest, tastiest stars
Ahhh Caleb Alvarez is so perfect and Layla, just gimme everything you've in your bakery.I love my grumpy sunshine pair but when both MCs are Sunshiney the romance shines super bright! 2 perfect people with not so perfect dating history decide to practice dating - the sweetest trope ever! The dates are so good! 10/10I loved Luka and Beckett but Caleb topped them both. He is freaking cute and super sweet and he made me swoon in no time!Laylaaa!! My god! My mouth watered with everything she made and her passion is something I admired so much about her.And the romance is not just cute, it's steamy!Look no further and pick the entire Lovelight series. They are so cozy, sweet and warm and just what you want in your life right now! I so wanna pack my bags and move to Inglewild! Best things happen there!!

Refreshing
In a sea full of dark smuty romances and (very questionable) red flags, Mixed Signals is the breath of fresh air (and mature characters with their heads on their shoulders) I've desperately been looking for. It made me feel good, it made me feel happy, that's all I could ask for.(I want a Caleb for myself too now)

Fake dating rom com with all the feels
4.25 🌟Just what I wanted! I laughed and cried! Caleb is such a sweetheart! Fake dating rom com in the lovelight farms world. I just love BK's ability to bring you into the nuance of the characters and their relationships. She is a definite auto buy author for me when I want some contemporary romance!

✨ 4.5 ✨
Mixed Signals was a sweet and heartwarming read. I absolutely loved the romance and the hero in the story. It is the third book in the Lovelight series, so I would recommend just reading the prior books first. It is dual POVs of the main characters and has some amazing tropes like: friends to lovers, sunshine-sunshine, a dating experiment and a small town romance. The writing and story development was fantastic. While it was a bit cheesy at times I just loved all the heartfelt moments between the main characters. There were also some heartbreaking, angsty, laugh out loud and swoon worthy moments. The hero was absolutely my favorite character. The pining and angst was so well written and I just loved how obsessed he was with the heroine. I also really liked how understanding, patient and devoted he was. The fact that he did not give up and was willing to wait for her was so beautiful. The heroine and her insecurities were also relatable and realistic, which I appreciated. The romance between them was very cute and their connection and chemistry was just great. All of their dates were also so adorable and just amusing. There was some really good spice as well. The conflict was a bit forced and the ending somewhat rushed, but there was still a great conclusion and epilogue.Overall, just a delightful read with a sweet romance.

Listen, if B.K wrote it, I'm going to like it.
I did spend this entire book cheering whenever Charlie made an appearance (cons of not reading in order - business casual is my baby 😂).'Don't underestimate how long I'll wait for you.'Layla and Caleb are bad at dating. After one particularly bad date Caleb swoops in to save Layla from being stranded 45 minutes away from their hometown after her date runs off with the bars silverware. The pair decide t figure out why their love lives are so unsuccessful and agree to a month of dating evaluation from the other. The lines between what is real and what is the arrangement quickly blur as the two realise they may be exactly what the other was looking for. This book had:💑Friends to Lovers🏫Dating Lessons🕵️Fake? Dating📱Small Town Phone Tree Plotting to get them together🚪Open Door😂Banter!🏃Scared of love FMC🎂Bakery setting'I look like a drowned rat''A nice one though.'I'm falling more and more in love with this series as I jump around in it.. ‘one buttery croissant at a time.'
