Using it since 3years, very good product for making shakes. Blends protein powder properly and it is Easy to handle, everything works properly. May overload if fully loaded- Auto-cuts power-Good feature - Just tilt upside down so that blade can get proper momentum first and then slightly tilt downwards so that the solid particles gets grinded slowly and making the blade smoother. Mine one Battery is Degrading yet It easily provides 4-5 Runs on a single charge. It’s a 5-star for every tenant and especially students like me.

⭐ Very Disappointing Product & Customer Service — Would Not Recommend I purchased an InstaKappa blender in April 2026, and unfortunately, the motor stopped working about a month ago. Since then, I have been trying to contact their customer care, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. The only way to contact them is through email, and I have been communicating with them for almost a month regarding my complaint. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I still have not received any proper resolution. For me, the biggest issue is not just that the product stopped working within a few months, but the lack of effective after-sales support. A product can sometimes develop a fault, but a company should be able to provide timely customer service and a clear resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend InstaKappa. If you are planning to buy a blender, I would suggest considering other established brands such as BlendJet or similar alternatives, especially where after-sales support is important.
