I like that the pills are smooth so I found them to be easy to swallow. I worried some of the pills would be crushed since they are in a pouch but all the pills are intact and no issues so far.

Love the resealable pouch no bottle package. Years ago I started with Micro Ingredients D3K2 and loved it so much that I’ve switched out my entire vitamin buy to them. I’m working against a CIAP issue and I’m getting positive results.

Vitamin B1 is not included in regular vitamins for children or Adults. Nor is it included in any other combinations of Vitamin B products. It stands alone because most people get it from their food. As we get older it becomes harder to get enough not eating regular meals or enough exercise. It's an important item to keep in your system due to its use of being so important to our blood system. If you're getting swollen feet and legs and you've been checked for diabetes and your clear the swelling is most likely to be from dead red blood cells gathering in the legs and feet. Ya it happens. Vitamin B1 helps to remove dead cells that appear to be water build up its not water down there. It's a build up of cells that can't get out. I'm not a doctor but a doctor explained it to me in very simple terms after I was cleared of other problems.

I got these because I'm a delicacy for mosquitoes and I had restless leg syndrome. I would need to pound on my calves to be able to get to sleep and then I would be awake again after one 3-hour sleep cycle and finally I was short of breath and stressed. I cannot believe one supplement was effective for all of these. I take two tablets 30 minutes before bed every night and no leg problems. I sleep at least six hours even with pets trying to nudge me awake earlier and my feelings of being short of breath are improved too. More energy and better with stress too. Finally they seem to work for the Mosquitoes too, but summer will be the real test. Just ordered again.
