Inserts | Pressure Shifting Gels | Long Lasting High Heel Comfort

I bought these for my daughter to put in her 3 1/4 inch heeled wedding shoes. She was very pleased with them as they prevented her feet from slipping downward into the front of the shoes and she felt comfortable in them all day.

I hardly ever wear stilettos as I'm like Bambi walking for the first time. I'd yet to find a pair that I could wear for more then 20 minutes without wanting to take them off. I bought a pair of very high stilettos as I fell in love with them, so was determined to get them comfy. It took quite a while to get the insoles in the right position as I don't know what they're meant to feel like. Once I got them in, they were a bit more comfy but with tights on, my feet still slipped down the shoe a little. I read somewhere that you can stick feminine liners in shoes to stop your feet slipping, so out of curiosity, I trimmed about 3-4 inches off one of my Always Infinity's and stuck them in the toe end of the shoes where the ball of my foot sits. Lo and behold, it worked a treat. I was comfortable all night, even after a couple of ten minute walks and lots of dancing. With the insoles and the liners (the latter gave my female relatives a huge laugh!), I enjoyed wearing my new shoes. I bought another pair for my other similar heels.

I wear heels alot for work and I get extreme pain on the balls of my feet by mid day if I don't wear insoles for padding. Only problem is that insoles reduce the space at the front of my shoes and pinch my toes! Insolia came with instructions to help you insert them, You think how will something so small make any difference? They felt wierd at first because you feel the pressure on your heels, however, you get used to them quickly and they are brilliant. I don't need any extra padding at the front of my shoes anymore!

I have bought those soles to use with my favourite heels; I wasn't expecting miracles but hoping that the ball of my feet would be at least less sore than usual after a few hours. I didn't noticed any difference at all and my feet were as sore as ever. I have given this product one star because it is not possible to give it none. however, fast delivery and good packaging.

I found that these inserts helped a little on my feet but not as good as i expected. I also didn't like the fact that once they are put into your shoes they are stuck down for good and you can't take them out. I wanted to try them in some other shoes but when i tried to remove them from the shoe they were already in i could'nt remove it without ruining the shoe.

I found these insets pretty useless. They had no effect on weight distribution in my case. Instead I felt that the plastic was too hard on my sole which contributed to my feet getting tired quicker.

I was skeptical at first, when I saw how thin and small they are. I positioned one into a pair of high heeled boots and was amazed. Just to feel the difference I put on the other boot without the insole and walked around, and you can really really feel the difference. I wore those boots for hours at a later party and there is no way I could have done without the insoles. I am going to get them for all my heels.

I do think this works although the science of it escapes me! I hadn't realised that you have to stick it into your high heels which means that you do need one set for each pair of high heels. I found it did help make them more comfortable which gives a little more time wearing them before feeling the burn. Not too sure I will invest in loads more for the rest of my high heels, though.
