Upon receiving the watch, customer service promptly proactively messaged me to set up the watch's APN (the network configuration that the watch needs to have to connect to the Internet through your provider’s network). Detailed instructions are also enclosed within the watch's packaging, including tweezers to assist in inserting a nano SIM card. I purchased the SpeedTalk smartwatch SIM from Amazon which autorenews at $5/month for 50 minutes, 100 texts, & 100MB of data. It was relatively easy to insert & activate. It remains to be seen if this plan will be sufficient, but for our purposes I anticipate it will be. The watch will serve primarily a safety purpose for us to monitor & interact with our 10-year-old daughter when she is not within our vicinity without having to get her a cellphone which we are not quite ready to do. Otherwise, the plan can be updated. The watch will be given as a Christmas gift, but I've already tested its ability to send/receive texts & phone calls which works quite well. The video chat also works well, albeit the connection, at least initially, was a bit slow. The GPS tracking is relatively accurate & can be manually updated in intervals as small as every minute. I should also mention that the tracker app installed easily on my android phone. I very much like my ability to add/remove contacts & power the watch on/off from my device via the app. The watch is attractive & lightweight & the touch screen is fairly easy to use. I'll update this review once my daughter has the opportunity to use the watch, but so far so good.

I was infuriated by the poor quality of this cheap plastic watch. The tracking hasn't functioned since the day I purchased it. After just a week or two, it completely stopped making and receiving calls. Despite reaching out to "Johnny" repeatedly, expressing my frustration and anger, he offered one ineffective troubleshooting step after another, completely disregarding my concerns. Simply put, unless you want to support "Johnny" and his company, steer clear of this watch.

Got my 6 year old daughter this watch for the gps and voice call capabilities. The watch works great and gps function works really well. Watch came with clear instructions and when I reached out to the company with questions about setting it up they responded quickly and were very helpful. I really have nothing negative to say about it. I would highly recommend this product for a watch to use to keep track of your child.

Promises GPS tracking, video chat, SOS function, customer support, Geofencing- Video chat works only with ONE parent (system admin). I have 2 kids, both have watches, but they cannot video chat each other. They also cannot video chat the other parent. I'm the dad and decided to do the tech stuff, kids cannot video call mom.- GPS tracking works without history, so when the signal is lost, it just says "no data". You cannot see where the kids were last seen. On a cloudy day or when kids go in and out of buildings, you don't have GPS tracking- SOS function is just opening the contacts app with the system admin pre-selected. My kids might as well just go to contacts and select the parent they want to call. I expected SOS to be ringing immediately both parents.- You get the watch with a note "Hi, I'm Johnny, we support our customers, email me at blahblah and we'll help, don't leave us negative reviews!". Johnny is a ChatGPT-powered bot, so you'll spend A LOT OF TIME sending emails and waiting for responses before you understand you're talking to a bot. This is wicked, cz if you're chatting with a bot, the chat usually says "I'm a bot", worst case, you write a sentence or two , get a response off topic and you're done. With ChatGPT-powered email bot, you write a en email, get kind of on topic response next day (they do make you wait to trick you), write a poem about how the response is close to what you need but not quite what you need and get another beautifully written email that is kind of on topic but doesn't really get it.- Geofencing. I suspect it could work, but I couldn't within reasonable amount of time. There''s no help URLs or manuals.Overall: you can make and receive calls with the watch, GPS tracking kind of works, but not when you need it, and that's it.

Takes too much time to set it up, you need to contact the manufacturer and the app has adds and it come in a foreign lenguage

The product is solid and well built. Their customer service is also very good. The calling and texting is solid too. The apps on the phone also work well. The only bad things are the associated parent app and GPS locator function doesn't always work. You have to try it a few times for it to locate. This may be a function of the cel service. The app has a lot in it but it's not very user friendly and the English on it is flaky. Still a good buy if you want to be connected to your kiddos and would recommend.

The watch is excellent and all the features work well. I was able to initiate the APN settings myself without the need to contact anyone for assistance. It's all in English so there no issue with going through the printed instructions. As for the GPS and video calling functions, the watch works as advertised and the audio quality in particular is responsive and clear. Highly recommended!
