They taste like sweets so palatable in the mouth.I swear by these to help maintain your weight, I was really ill about a year ago now, in bed for 3 weeks and due to not been able to eat I lost nearly 2 stone, so I then weighed 9.5 stone which I was happy with, once better I started to take the cider Vinegar capsules and started eating normally...... I've always found it hard to loose weight over the years and if I lost weight I would soon pile it back on...... But one year on and I still weigh 9.5 stone, I'm eating what I want and when I want. These are vegan too which is a bonus. Can recommend.Average price.
