AWESOME
I got this can 6 months ago and charged it up as stated in the instructions. I have STILL not had to recharge it, and let me tell you, we use this thing CONSTANTLY. That lid probably gets opened 20-30 times a day, and it's still holding the charge. Plus, it's easy to clean, and it's easy to put the bag in and take the bag out. I am SO happy with this purchase that I think I might get another one for my recycling!

Quality lacking
I was really excited to order this garbage can on prime day. It was delivered in an Amazon box with a Kohler box inside. The Kohler box was damaged and dented on the sides and corners but the outer Amazon box was not. As a result, there are multiple dents and dings in the garbage can including the large glaring one on the corner. Completely disappointed as the only option through Amazon is to return it, but since it was bought on sale we’d be forced into paying the difference to then replace it. Other than the physical damage, we tested out the lid and I really like the sensitivity and response on the automatic open and close, but disappointed it looks like it’s been through the ringer yet it’s brand new.

Quiet operation, good looking, heavy duty
This beauty arrived in a beat up exterior carton, but the interior carton from the manufacture was super heavy duty and padded with firm styrofoam, and the product was unscathed. Set up was quick and easy, requiring just a quick charge of the battery. The auto open-close is dependable and quiet.This trash can is not inexpensive, but in my opinion it is a worthwhile investment.

Dependable No-frills 13 Gallon Garbage Can
Love love this easy to use, classy looking kitchen garbage can. It is simple to set up, and use, as well as being easy to keep clean and sanitary.

Its great but dented
I’m not returning it because it’s in the back but everything seems to be in working condition. The dent is not too big but its visible, can try to see if I can take out the dent myself. It was dented upon arrival.
