i bought these after trying the peanut butter ones and they taste amazing. like candy bars. it didn't really curb my appetite but more so maybe might help your sugar cravings because they really do taste like candy, except it stimulates your gut!! i can vouch for its fiber content, works like a charm. i'm so glad these exist please do NOT ever change the formula i beg

I’ve been eating these for 3 years and love them. On the sweet side but not sickly sweet like other artificial bars. Dense but not chalky like high protein bars. Good macros if you are counting fiber (which you should). I eat one for snack or emergency breakfast almost every day

These taste really very good but they are much too messy. As soon as you open the foil there are chocolate crumbles going everywhere from the chocolate coating. I have to eat these very carefully over a plate or sink so I don't get chocolate crumbs everywhere that will melt and set into clothes.

These were soooooo good! I got them a few months ago and just finished the pack. They are pretty sweet but I liked that.
