Sorry to sound like a hype man, but this stuff really works. March 2025 lipid panel all high. May 2025 began Citrus Bergamot from Nutricost. September 2025 lipid panel now all normal. Biggest change was triglycerides down from 240 to 117. I also doubled my fiber/psyllium husk intake to 4 tsp 2x daily in May 2025. No other meds, and my triglycerides have been over 200 for years, even after trying Zetia and Triglide meds (been off those since they didn't work). HDL up from 50 to 64, LDL down from 126 to 99. No change to workout regimen, but I also cut way down on red meat to now eating mostly fish with some chicken.

Haven’t had results yet from my doctor, he recommended this for me to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides; he knows I don’t want to take pharmaceutical drugs… and these are natural and also Vegan 🌱 so I’m feeling good about them. I just won’t know how well they work yet, but I did research them and they seem to be a good way to lower cholesterol levels as well as triglycerides! I’ll update in the near future when I see how they work.

You can literally contact them, with the LOT# on the bottle and they will send you test results. Why is that important? Many companies for one do not provide tests results if asked, you will usually get ignored or receive a generic response. It is also important because a lot of supplements can have heavy metals/contaminates in them and there is no warning of this.An example would be, almost all Ceylon Cinnamon across the world will have some type of contaimenants no matter what. I purchased some from Nutricost, contacted them about what tests have been done, they asked for the LOT# on the bottle and I received the test results the next day. The tests showed all levels of contaimenants were VERY low / in the range we're the body will not be effected. Many spices have contaimenants so keep that in mind! We tend to cook with them and have no idea.
