Review: Great Nonstick Pan for Everyday Cooking - This frying pan is the perfect size for everyday meals. I mostly use it to cook eggs, tortillas, and other small portions, and it works really well. The nonstick coating does an excellent job. Food slides right off, even with very little oil, which makes cooking and cleanup much easier. After using it, it washes clean in just a few minutes without food sticking to the surface. I also like the wooden-style handle because it’s comfortable to hold and stays cool while cooking. The pan heats evenly, and despite its compact size, it’s ideal for quick breakfasts or simple meals for one or two people. If you’re looking for a small, reliable nonstick skillet for daily use, this is a great option. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and has been a great addition to my kitchen.

I love the idea of cast iron but it's also hard to clean and it's super heavy which I don't like and then there is the whole seasoning agenda. BUT THIS!!!! I LOVE THIS! It heats quickly, is no to low stick but not toxic, and its easy to clean with no annoying seasoning process. I love the size. I bought one to discover if I would even like it or not and I love it. Has not warped. I also love there is not nut on the inside of the pan for the handle where food gets caught and is hard to clean.

A: You cannot repair the boyfriend, but a new pan is cheaper and will last longer.

**Q: PTFE free?**
A: This product likely has PTFE. Teflon was DuPonts brand name for PTFE. When their patents expired, many companies chose different names for PTFE. PFOA was originally used to manufacture PTFE but now it’s illegal to sell PFOA in the US, so manufacturers replaced it with something else from a similar PFOA family that can carry similar health issues. In virtually all cases when manufacturers claim something is PFOA free, it means the nonstick product is PTFE. (Especially when the manufacturer doesn’t publish it). **Q: Handle comes loose - it's almost as if the screw just reaches but won't 'set' in the bracket.  anyone else?  solution?  otherwise i love the skillet.**
A: I have 2 pans, haven't had that problem, there fairly new. Sounds like there might have been another piece behind the bracket?  I would take the screw to Home Depot or Lowe's and tell them you want the same screw 1/8 to 1/4 inch longer and see if that works.  I have done that with older pots and it works and for .99cents it's worth trying.  An old hangman told me 40+ years ago "Never pick up a pot or pan with something in them, another pot, dishes, etc. by the handle." Went through several pots and pans until his advise sunk in..

**Q: Does this lose its non-stick ability? Popular pans I've tried in the past have.**
A: ive had mine for a little over a year and it has started to lose its non stick ability even when i use spray/butter or oil.

This pan is terrific. It's PFAS-free and works beautifully. Nothing sticks to it and I use it without fear of it being toxic. Alsop, the wooden handle it not only beautiful but is comfortable in my hand and doesn't conduct the heat. I would say that lots of thought went into the design of this skillet and I'm very pleased to have bought it.
