This product has been a complete nightmare from the start. It arrived without any user manual, instructions, or labeling to explain how to use it. After wasting time, I finally managed to find a WhatsApp number for customer support. However, their response was painfully slow and utterly unhelpful. Instead of guiding me through how to use the product, they demanded that I make a video of it "not working." How are customers supposed to figure out how to use something with zero instructions, and then be expected to make a video on how it fails? I resorted to YouTube tutorials, but even those were no help because the product is such cheap junk that it doesn’t work as smoothly as in the videos. To make things worse, in their own video, they casually mention that users should rely on a "trial and error" method of inserting the SD card. This is beyond ridiculous! After wasting an entire day trying everything through this useless trial and error, I had no choice but to request a replacement (because returns aren’t allowed), hoping the next one might miraculously work. To add to the frustration, the memory card that came with the product was corrupted. I tried using a different brand’s SD card, and not only did the pen fail to work with the new card, but their cheap SD card wouldn’t work in any other device either. So, neither the pen nor their memory card functioned, no matter what I tried. It’s outrageous to charge ₹1799 for a third-rate product that demands a "trial and error" approach. The seller clearly doesn’t care about providing a functioning product and seems to be deliberately misleading customers. No real solutions were offered, only more frustration. This was an infuriating experience, and I would never recommend this product to anyone. It’s nothing more than a rebranded, low-quality Chinese product, sold without authenticity or proper after-sales support.

I faced a technical issue with this product a few days back and when I contacted the seller to try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, the seller's customer support agent DENIED TO assist me properly. There is no call support available. The seller's CS agent just informed me via WhatsApp that this product has NO WARRANTY and he/she couldn't help me further. The agent didn't even tell his/her name when I asked. This is cheap and pathetic. Also, this is an unfair trade practice. Helping the customer patiently is the responsibility of the seller, because the seller is the one who sells the products. I also complained to Amazon regarding this disappointment. I will continue escalating my concern on relevant forums and I WILL NOT recommend this product to anyone.

I recently bought this TECHNOVIEW spy camera pen and I’m extremely impressed with its performance. The video quality is very clear in 1080p, and the audio is crisp as well. It's super easy to use and looks just like a regular pen, so no one suspects it’s a camera.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a discreet and reliable recording device. Full marks from my side!

The pen camera arrived dead on arrival. For a product of Rs.1999 there was not even a proper user manual, just one A4 page with 3 languages paragraphs with basic instructions. The helpline QR code turned out to be invalid when scanned for getting help. There was not even a single picture or video as to how to get working with this camera. Ultimately when you figure out what is to be done to get set it up then you realize the joke that this product is..all electronic gadgets come with a basic indicator when it is put on charging mode, this expensive product despite claiming to have a LED flash indicator does not tell you whether it is charging or not..so I wasted a full day not understanding whether the device is getting charged or not..Ultimately realized that the product which does not even care about such basic customer issues should be dumped...so I did it...RETURNED!!! Total waste of time and money...better to purchase such things when you the piece you are purchasing working in front of you...
