Buying this desktop computer was a very good idea. It works well, connects well and updates fast.

I have had several HP products and when my old computer started acting up, I went for another HP. Unit is pretty fast and responsive. I prefer a tower unit to a laptop as I find a keyboard more responsive. The model has a disc drive which I prefer. Many other products do not have one and it means using a remote stand alone which takes up more room. Great computer for the price.

Normally I like HP products very much and have had very good luck with them in the past. However, this time the computer didn't work at all. It would not let us do anything without first setting up a Microsoft account and then insisted that we had to set up an account as a parent or guardian and give permission for the children to use it. We don't have any children! There was no way to bypass this screen. They said a code was sent but none ever arrived. We could not access any of the programs either. Support tried to help but in the end suggested sending it back which we did. I'm thinking that maybe we just got a bad machine but just in case anyone else runs into the problem, they will know they are not the only ones to have issues with this product. Here's your 2-minute warning -- be careful of this particular model!

Value i7 computer. Quality is good noise level is acceptable. Ease of setup is good. Recommend you look for i7 computer as it will give you the most bang for your buck.

Bought this for my mom. She loves playing games on her puter and the 10 year old Dell just wasn't keeping up to speed. She's happy again!! 😊

Computer is 8x faster than my old HP. Hard to find anything wrong with it. It's fast and I love how fast it is. I'm not a gamer, so I don't have any input for that aspect. I did play some Netflix movie on it immediately and even though my WI-FI was abysmally slow, 3MB, it played nicely. I'm hoping to get as long a life out of this computer as the HP one it replaced.

I must have done something wrong when I copied everything over, because I had to change the properties on all my folders and files to allow me access. Easy to do, just annoying.
