Won’t last much more than twelve months, both of ours didn’t.
Poor design basically. Where the key cover connects to the key ring is a fabric ring. Which you will find will disintegrate through natural wear and tear. Mine lasted less than twelve months and partners eighteen months. Don’t bother, there are better more robust ones on Amazon, that are considerably cheaper.

High End Look
When I was handed the keys to my new 2024 X1 Msport I was disappointed in how plastic and inexpensive they felt. They even had to replace a piece of dinged plastic! Also, it didn't fit a standard key ring. Not even the cheap free one that was thrown in. I found this cover to elevate the look and match my alcantara seats/stitching. It is a snug fit and I'm not worried about it coming off as well as it now fits a standard key ring for a valet. It is OEM BMW (made in Germany) based on the packaging and quality. The only cons are it does add significant bulk but I use a purse so it's a non issue. Overall, I love the look but I do think it is overpriced.

Disintegrated In Less Than 1 Year of Use
Unusable in less than a year. Poor quality. The stitching at the bottom of the fob that supports its connection to attach keys disintegrated in less than 1 year of use. At this price point, I cannot recommend the purchase. It does look nice, however, be aware that you would be purchasing something "disposable". I have a case opened with BMW Customer relations to see if they'd be willing to honor the OEM 1 year warranty.

Looks and feels high quality
Perfect fit for the key but not to a normal size pocket..:) it’s a little chunky but looks and feels awesome! Seems very durable and will keep the key safe.
