I decided finally to write a review about this amazing dishwasher… I have it for 2 years now and I’m very happy with it. Small size and fits perfect in my kitchen. Having short programs wich is amazing . Noise level ? Very silent … I was looking for something cheap without any expectations but this dishwasher deserved that price . Cheap and perfect .

This is a good dishwasher, works well. It was a little difficult to fit and took me a while to sort out it's running programs. Got it working well now

The top shelf has a nozzle which needs to engage with another at the rear of the inside or it doesn't work. The instructions are barely understandable. The bottom of the machine has a deeper base than our last one so we're having to pay a plumber to come out and cut back the drainage.

My recent experience with these companies has been nothing short of a nightmare, riddled with unprofessionalism, outright disregard for customer needs, and discriminatory practices that make their service inaccessible to individuals with disabilities. Delivery Issues 1. No Adherence to Delivery Protocols: Despite Amazon stating I would receive a text notification, delivery time slot, and proper proof of delivery, none of this occurred. The delivery happened without warning during a time when construction workers were going in and out of the flat. Collection Issues The collection process has been even worse, filled with failures, false promises, and an alarming lack of accountability: • On multiple occasions, their collection drivers ignored explicit instructions to ring the building’s external bell for access. • Despite my disability and my mother’s disability—a discriminatory policy that disregards accessibility needs. • After several failed collection attempts, I was left to arrange collection on my own at my own expense. Action Taken on My End Frustrated by Cookology and Wright Buy Ltd’s incompetence, I contacted DHL myself. DHL promptly collected the dishwasher the same day and successfully delivered it back to the company by January 2nd. Despite this, I had to chase them today (January 5th) to get an update on the status of my refund, which should have been processed immediately after they received the item. Discriminatory and Unhelpful Response When I raised my concerns with the company, I was shocked by their dismissive and unapologetic response: • They justified their drivers’ refusal to follow instructions as “driver discretion,” completely ignoring how this policy discriminates against disabled customers. • They refused to issue a refund unless I facilitated the return myself, showing no accountability for their failure to collect the item. • Their lack of urgency in processing the refund, even after receiving the returned item, further demonstrates their poor customer service. Impact on My Life This ordeal has caused me immense distress and inconvenience. The dishwasher blocked my hallway for weeks, severely limiting my mobility and ability to use my aids. Instead of resolving the issue with care and professionalism, Cookology and Wright Buy Ltd have shown no accountability or willingness to accommodate my needs. Final Warning If you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid Cookology and Wright Buy Ltd at all costs. Their delivery and collection services are unreliable, their customer service is appalling, and their policies are blatantly discriminatory.

Lovely clean dishes but when it finishes it throws open the door.

Easy to install nice slimline model so great for small space. Easy to use and this is our 2nd Cookology dishwasher as we had a problem with the sensor on the last one but they seem to have improved the design and this is much better. Decent value for an easy to use dishwasher that does the job nicely!
