Yep it fits it perfectly. That's the one I have too. Clicks right in. Only complaint I have is the inside of the front cover i would like to be a little softer like the Fintie covers are. This is a nice case for a little money but probably not a long term solution

Does this case protect against drops on the sides, corners and while flat (assuming the case is closed)?

Had it for 3 months, did not drop it. But removed it for charging, both corners were broken which made it easy for iPad to slip out!
