It isn't just that the earplugs are good - other reviewers are right about them making a subtle, yet important difference in people who may become too anxious with more powerful earplugs. No, what I want to comment on is how attentive and caring their costumer service is. One of my Calmer fell out so I asked to have it replaced, and the person who answered me genuinely cared about me having the best experience possible. Honestly, you should get these just for the sense of safety that the business has given me.

Do they work? I have absolutely no idea because they fell out without my knowledge; between my front step and the bus stop; ten minutes max. It was not my ears … I was careful about size (I always use small plugs) In short: Today, MY FIRST WEAR, I spent AN AGE trying to get them to stay in … including wiping my ears dry with cotton ear buds … in and around the opening, and pulling my ear to provide space, as I do when putting my earphone buds in … and this was still not enough. An utter and total waste of money. I do not recommend …

Brill. Highly recommend for autistic people. They help tune out annoying sounds and just help with sensory issues.

These fitted fine, but wearing them for long periods irritated my ears. I will stick to plugs that I put in at times when my hearing sensitivity requires them.

I’ve tried other brands, and these are by far the best. My ears have never comfortably fit earbuds/plugs, but these fit perfect, and dampen sound just enough. Very inconspicuous too. Can highly recommend these as an autistic adult.

I know these are mini, but I have small ears so ordered these, don't know if it's just me but they just keep falling out. Will have to return and order bigger size.

Do not like putting negative comments. But these earplugs made no difference for me. Wore them whilst in town as the noise makes me anxious and wearing the plugs made no difference, may make a difference for some people. But not me.

Too small. Don’t stay in ear. Don’t block sounds.Basically tiny pieces of silicon. More appropriate price point would be £3 or £4.
