Missing parts.
Missing parts to put bike together instructions don’t match up either with parts.

Not as advertised
This bike is ok, but I have two issues with it. It says it will fit someone 6 foot 5 inches. I am 6 foot 2 and it is too short for me. I would say someone 6 foot is the max for this bike. The instructions also say the display can be either in KM or miles. I could not get it to switch to miles so I emailed the company. They said it can not be switched to miles. Very annoying when a company misleads customers.

Just an FYI the display is only in kilometers. If that’s a deal breaker for you just know you cannot change to miles as it is set by the factory and they don’t make ones that show miles. I reached out to the seller to ask how to change to miles because the directions say it can show either kilometers or miles but doesn’t tell you how to change it, and the seller said that they don’t set any to miles so there is no option to show miles. It’s a quick conversion so really not a big deal but just wanted others to know before purchasing. I gave 3 stars because no where in the ad does it say that, in fact it says “tracks mileage” so I assumed it showed miles. The bike other wise it good, easy to put together and quiet. I’m new to the exercise bike game but hopefully it is a good starter bike.

Missing parts/not as described
First off, this is advertised as working for a person 6’4”. This is somewhat incorrect. My husband CAN ride this, but not with good form. We bought it BECAUSE it was stated that it was good up to 6’5”. Also, this was missing parts which means that we had to search for our own extra parts to make it stable. Finally, the distance and speed is ONLY in kilometers. This may seem like a small issue, but if you are selling regularly to the US, it should be able to track Miles per hour. All in all, very disappointed in this purchase, but since sending it back is more of a pain than just keeping it, we’ll leave it here.

Beware
The display has stopped working after only a month. The handle bars are also misaligned and can’t be made straight.
