I absolutely love these floaties! I ordered two of them for my twins because they were cheaper than the puddle jumper version (my 3 year old has a puddle jumper) and I have to say that I am very impressed with these. I actually prefer them to the name brand one because these have a double latch system on the back instead of a single like the puddle jumper so it seems safer. As for the over all Quality and functionality they are in very way the equivalent to the much more expensive puddle jumper! Highly recommended!!

Slides down a bit which is annoying but it works and keeps my daughter safe we’ll she swims.

Definitely a great price for a floater. I would recommend this for a toddler only despite the weight range given. My 4 year old, 37 lb son barely fit into comfortably to swim whereas my 2 year old 28 lb child fit and could swimmer nicely. The price on point, but the quality is not as good as a puddle jumper. If you plan to use this a lot or for multiple children, I would highly suggest investing those couple more dollars into a puddle jumper. We just got these while we were on vacation in a pinch, so comparing the two I would choose the puddle jumper. But if you need something to use a few times, then save your money and get this one.
